Pharmaceutical companies publish safety and quality data because regulation obliges them to. Food supplement companies are not obliged to, and almost none do. Sheni Labs commits to publishing, once a year, a peer-reviewed account of every batch it released, every out-of-specification result, every complaint and every recall — as a citable article in the Georgian Medical Journal with a DOI, not as a marketing PDF.

What each annual report will contain
- Every LOT released in the year, with product, production and expiry dates, and links to the published Certificates of Analysis
- All out-of-specification (OOS) results at raw-material or batch level, with the investigation outcome and disposition (released / reworked / rejected)
- Potency distribution per product against the label claim (90–120% specification)
- Heavy-metal results (Pb, As, Cd, Hg) per batch against ICH Q3D limits
- Consumer complaints received, categorised, with response times
- Recalls or withdrawals (none expected; any will be reported in full)
- Changes to formulation, supplier, packaging or label, dated
- Audit status of the manufacturing facility (GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP) and laboratory (ISO/IEC 17025)
- Corrections made to this website’s scientific content during the year
Schedule
The first report covers the period from first batch release to 31 December 2026 and will be submitted to GMJ in Q1 2027. Subsequent reports cover each calendar year. The report is authored by the Sheni Labs scientific editorial team, reviewed by two independent referees appointed by GMJ, and published open access (CC BY 4.0) with the underlying batch data as a downloadable table.
Method
Data are extracted directly from the batch records that feed the public verification system — the same records you see when you scan a bottle. Nothing is summarised that cannot be traced to a LOT. Where a figure is zero (no recalls, no OOS), the report says so explicitly rather than omitting the line.
