Double-check the number on your bottle — small spaces and typing variations are handled automatically. If the number is genuinely not found, contact us at info@accreditation.ge with the LOT number in the subject line.
Why do some document slots say “Pending publication”?
Laboratory documents (CoA, heavy metals report etc.) are published as they are received from the independent laboratory. A “Pending” slot means the document is on its way — the batch was still released after all tests passed.
Is this system used for all Sheni Labs products?
