Sheni Labs Omega-3 is in active development — algae-derived EPA and DHA in the same liquid drop format as Sheni Labs Vitamin D3.

Why Omega-3

Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) support cardiovascular, brain, and inflammatory health.[1] An estimated 76% of the global population does not meet recommended intake levels, making it one of the most widespread nutrient gaps worldwide.[2]

Why algae, not fish

Sheni Labs Omega-3 is an algae-derived formula — the same source EPA and DHA originate from in the marine food chain, without relying on fish oil. This keeps the product consistent with the Kosher and Halal certification already held for Sheni Labs’ MCT carrier oil, and is naturally vegan.

At a glance

Format: Liquid drop, same format as Sheni Labs Vitamin D3
Source: Algae oil (EPA/DHA)

Composition

Serving size: 5 ml (approx. 1 teaspoon)
Servings per container: approx. 6
Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA + DHA): 1,000 mg — no established EU NRV*
*EPA and DHA do not have an established EU Nutrient Reference Value. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) recommends a minimum of 250 mg EPA+DHA per day for the general adult population. This serving delivers 4× that recommendation.

Ingredients

Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA/DHA) from algae oil (Schizochytrium sp.).
No additional carrier oil added — the algae oil itself is the delivery medium.

How to Use

Adults: take 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily, with a meal, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional. Omega-3 fatty acids are fat-soluble; taking with food improves absorption.

Important Information

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
