A question about a Sheni Labs product should have an answer you can check. This assistant reads only our published Science, Label, Quality and About pages — the same text you can read yourself — and is instructed to cite a numbered reference for every statement or to say plainly that we have no evidence. It will not give personal medical advice and it will not invent a claim.

Ask the evidence

Answers come only from the Sheni Labs Science, Label and Quality pages. Every answer cites a numbered reference or says that we have no evidence. This is not medical advice.

Need more than our pages can answer?

This assistant answers only about Sheni Labs products. For general health questions — symptoms, lab results, medication questions — PHIG recommends Doctorium, an AI medical assistant built by doctors, for patients. It is independent of Sheni Labs; no purchase is involved.

How it is built to behave

  • Closed knowledge. No web access, no general training knowledge — only the pages linked below, refreshed every 12 hours.
  • Citation lock. Each fact carries a bracketed number linking to the reference list on the Science page.
  • “We don’t know” is a valid answer. If the pages are silent, it says so.
  • No health claims beyond those authorised for EPA/DHA; none for astaxanthin or CoQ10.
  • Anonymous. Questions are not linked to you; they are not stored beyond a short rate-limit window.
Not a clinician. For a question about your own situation — dose, interactions, a lab result — speak to your doctor or pharmacist. Registered practitioners can use the practitioner tools.
